摘 要:为提高湿法炼锌净化工序除钴效率,开展了有机除钴剂在不同净化工艺条件下的除钴试验。测试了活性炭吸附残留除钴剂后,吸附后液的黏度和表面张力、红外透过光谱以及阴极极化曲线,并用吸附后液配制电解液进行了模拟电解试验。结果表明,有机除钴剂可在较宽的工艺范围内高效去除净化前液中的钴,适当的活性炭吸附操作可除去净化后液中残余的大部分除钴剂。吸附后液的析锌电位与硫酸锌溶液的析锌电位相当,析氢过电位略有增大,说明吸附后液进入锌电解沉积工序不会对电解过程带来不利影响。模拟电解试验中,吸附后液配制电解液的电积锌的电流效率不低于纯硫酸锌配制电解液的电积锌时的电流效率。将有机除钴剂应用于湿法炼锌净化工序可提高除钴效率,且对电解无负面影响。The cobalt removal efficiencies of organic agent for cobalt removal(OACR)on different purifying conditions in hydrometallurgical process of zinc are investigated.After residual OACR in purified solution had been absorbed by activated carbon,the purified solution was analyzed with IR,cathodic polarization and some physical properties such as viscosity,surface tension and so on.The results show that OACR can efficiently remove cobalt from purifying solution at wide range of operating conditions,and most of residual OACR in purified solution can be absorbed by activated carbon.The cathodic reduction potential of zinc in absorbed solution was equal to that in pure zinc sulphate solution.Meanwhile,the potential of cathodic hydrogen evolution from absorbed solution was a little larger than that from pure zinc sulphate solution.All the cathodic polarization results indicated that the absorbed solution as the ingredients of electrolyte will not cause the negative effect on electrolysis process of zinc.It can be found from the results of simulated electrolysis experiments that the current efficiency of electrodepositing zinc by using purified solution as the ingredients of electrolyte was no less than that by using pure zinc sulphate solution as he ingredients of electrolyte.It can be concluded that applying OACR to hydrometallurgical extractive zinc will improve the cobalt removal efficiency in purifying step with little negative effect on electrodepositing zinc.
