摘 要:采用"浸出—铜萃取—除杂—锌萃取"工艺回收某铜渣中的铜锌,结果表明,直接酸浸对铜渣具有较好的浸出效果,酸用量为1.4倍铜渣量,铜渣细度为-0.074mm占95%时,铜锌的浸出率分别达73.25%和88.66%;在萃取剂用量为10%、水相pH值为2、萃取相比O/A为1时,铜萃取率达99.95%,且杂质萃取率较低;在pH值为5条件下,可几乎完全沉淀铁铝,且对钙镁也有一定的去除作用;P507对锌萃取具有较好的选择性,经三级萃取,锌萃取率可达94.42%,而杂质萃取率较低,反萃液较纯净。A process of"Leaching-Copper extraction-Impurity removal-Zinc extraction"was used to recover copper and zinc from a copper slag.The results show that direct acid leaching had a good leaching effect on copper slag,the leaching rate of copper and zinc reached 73.25%and 88.66%respectively when the fineness of copper slag was-0.074 mm accounted for 95%and the acid dosage was 1.4 times copper slag.When the amount of the extracting agent was of 10%,the pH value of the aqueous phase was of 2,and the phase ratio O/A was of 1,the extraction rate of copper was of 99.95%and the extraction rate of impurities was low.Under the condition of pH 5,iron and aluminum was almost completely precipitated,and calcium and magnesium was removed to some extent.P507 has good selectivity for zinc extraction,after three-stage extraction,the extraction rate of zinc reached 94.42%,while the extraction rate of impurities was low,and the stripping solution was relatively pure.
