摘 要:三维激光扫描仪是一款获取空间点云数据的测量设备,能够有效地获取被测物体三维空间形态,但是,目前面向矿山的三维激光扫描仪存在点云姿态获取困难、点云数据与采矿设计图纸复合精度差等问题。针对这些问题,在已成功研制的BLSS-PE矿用三维激光扫描测量系统的基础上,设计了双轴倾角传感器和准直激光系统等硬件,可快速准确地获取点云倾角、翻滚角等信息,保障了点云数据姿态始终与水平面平行,且能准确地与采矿平面图纸复合。为了验证点云数据精度提升效果,选择扫描点云数据进行验证,发现点云数据姿态能够得到有效纠正,同时点云数据与采矿设计图纸可高精度复合,达到提升测量精度的目的。3D laser scanner is measurement equipment which can show 3D sharp and obtain point cloud of object.However most 3D laser scanners for mine have problems such as difficulty in obtaining point cloud attitude and low composite accuracy between point cloud and mine design drawing.To solve these problems,this paper design double-axis tilt sensor and laser collimating system based on 3D laser scanner for mine that we have developed.This hardware this paper proposes can obtain inclination angle and roll angle which will make point cloud parallel with horizontal plane and high composite accuracy between point cloud and mine design drawing.To verify the accuracy promotion effect,this paper choose two point cloud,the experiment result show that point cloud attitude has been corrected and the composite accuracy is high,the accuracy promotion aim is attained.
