骨折基本方加减配合外固定支架治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:对开放性胫腓骨骨折患者实施骨折基本方加减与外固定支架配合治疗,分析治疗效果。方法:以62例我院因开放性胫腓骨骨折就诊的患者为对象开展研究,在2017.01-2018.06期间依据计算机表法将其等分至2组,对照组纳入31例,实施外固定支架治疗,分析组纳入31例,联合骨折基本方加减治疗,依据临床诊断标准评价并比较治疗效果以及VAS评分情况。结果:比较组间治疗有效率,分析组体现更高值,P<0.05;术前的VAS评分与对照组接近(P>0.05);而术后5d、术后15d、术后45d、术后90dVAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在应用外固定支架治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折的同时,配合骨折基本方加减,可以得到更显著的治疗效果,同时降低疼痛程度,可以说是非常有效的一种联合方案。Objective: To analyze the therapeutic effect of the treatment of open tibia and fibula fracture by adding or subtracting the basic formula of fracture and cooperating with external fixator. Methods: 62 patients with open tibia and fibula fractures in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the computer table method from 2017. 01 to 2018. 06. The control group included 31 cases, the external fixator treatment was carried out, the analysis group included 31 cases, the basic formula of fracture was added or subtracted, and the treatment effect and VAS score were evaluated and compared according to the clinical diagnostic criteria. Result: Compared with the effective rate of treatment between groups, the VAS score of the analysis group was higher(P<0.05);the preoperative VAS score was close to that of the control group(P>0.05);while the VAS score of the five days after operation, 15 days after operation, 45 days after operation and 90 days after operation was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of open tibia and fibula fracture with external fixator, combined with the addition or subtraction of the basic formula of fracture, can get more significant therapeutic effect, while reducing the degree of pain, can be said to be a very effective combination program.
