摘 要:目的:探讨临床药师干预对转化糖电解质注射液合理使用的影响,为规范辅助治疗药物的临床应用提供参考。方法:随机抽取临床药师干预前(2017年7-12月)及干预后(2018年7-12月)使用转化糖电解质注射液的住院患者病历各420份,以循证医学的方法制定点评标准,组织专项处方点评小组进行系统点评,比较干预前后该药使用情况的变化。结果:干预后转化糖电解质注射液消耗总金额下降32.1%,用药不合理率从干预前的40.2%下降为干预后的19.5%;干预后的适应证不适宜、禁忌证和超疗程使用与干预前相比明显降低,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床药师的干预可促进转化糖电解质注射液的合理使用。Objective: To evaluate the intervening effects of clinical pharmacists on promoting clinical rational use of multiple electrolytic and invert sugar injection. Methods: The prescriptions of patients receiving multiple electrolytic and invert sugar injection were collected during Jul.-Dec. 2017(preintervention group, 420 cases) and Jul.-Dec. 2018(post-intervention group, 420 cases). The evaluation standard of multiple electrolytic and invert sugar injection was established with evidence-based medicine method. The comprehensive intervention of multiple electrolytic and invert sugar injection was carried out by clinical pharmacists and the utilization of the drug before and after the intervention was compared. Results: After intervention, the total consumption of tge injection decreased by 32.1%, the unreasonable rate of medication decreased from 40.2% before intervention to 19.5% after intervention. Conclusion: The comprehensive intervention can effectively promote the rational use of multiple electrolytic and invert sugar injection.
