苦参素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床研究进展

摘　　要：目的:了解近三年苦参素用于慢性乙型肝炎临床治疗的最新研究进展。方法:使用数据库检索2016年1月至2019年1月苦参素用于慢性乙型肝炎治疗及肝硬化抗乙肝病毒治疗的临床研究,并对临床研究结果进行分析汇总。结果:苦参素广泛用于抗乙肝病毒治疗及肝纤维化、肝硬化辅助治疗中。苦参素在慢性乙型肝炎治疗中主要通过与核苷类抗乙肝病毒药物、生物药物、中药、辅助常规治疗药物联合给药的方式进行治疗。通过与苦参素的联合用药后,治疗组的抗乙肝病毒治疗效果均更显著,同时伴随免疫力的提高、肝纤维化程度的缓解。结论:采用苦参素治疗慢性乙肝后,乙肝病毒的抑制效果明显提高,肝纤维化程度得到改善,降低炎症反应,促进肝功能恢复。苦参素是非常有应用前景的慢性乙型肝炎的治疗药物,同时,也具有深入研究、开发的潜质。Objective: To understand the latest research progress of matrine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B in recent three years. Methods: Clinical studies on the use of matrine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B and anti-hepatitis B virus treatment of liver cirrhosis from January 2016 to January 2019 were retrieved by database, and the results of clinical studies were analyzed and summarized. Results: Matrine is widely used in anti-hepatitis B virus therapy and adjuvant therapy for liver fibrosis and cirrhosis. In the treatment of chronic hepatitis B, matrine is mainly administered in combination with nucleoside anti-HBV drugs, biological drugs, traditional Chinese medicine and adjuvant conventional therapy. Combined with matrine, the antiHBV treatment effect in the treatment group was more significant, accompanied by the improvement of immunity and the alleviation of liver fibrosis. Conclusion: After the use of matrine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B, the inhibition effect of HBV was significantly increased, the degree of liver fibrosis was improved, inflammatory response was reduced, and liver function recovery was promoted. Matrine is a promising drug for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.
