ArcGIS与91卫图助手软件结合在永平县新一轮退耕还林工作中的应用

摘　　要：新一轮退耕还林工程,按照传统的林业工作方法实施,工作量大、勾绘不准确、进度慢。以永平县新一轮退耕还林工作为例,研讨将ArcGIS和91卫图助手软件结合应用,通过计算坐标转换参数、求取公共点、地块勾绘、成果图层导出导入等方法及步骤,得到退耕还林小班矢量图层文件,即可用于作业设计文件的编制以及用作检查验收、工程管理的基础材料。二者的组合应用可快速高精度实现退耕还林作业设计,提高工作效率,为新一轮退耕还林工作的开展提供一种新的工作方法。According to the traditional methods of forestry work,the new round of grain for green project is characterized by heavy workload,inaccurate plotting and slow progress.Taking Yongping County as an example,this paper discussed the application of ArcGIS and 91 satellite map assistant software.By calculating coordinate conversion parameters,finding common points,drawing plots,exporting and importing result layers and other methods,the vector layer files of subcompartment were obtained,which could be used for the compilation of operation design documents,and as the basic materials for inspection,acceptance and project management.The combined application of ArcGIS and 91 satellite map assistant software would realize the operation design of grain for green quickly and accurately,improve the work efficiency,and provide a new working method for the new round of grain for green.
