菜叶沼气液对云南红竹生长的影响研究

摘  要:在昆明市富民新国竹苗培育基地开展不同浓度、用量、发酵时间等的菜叶沼气液对不同年龄云南红竹生长影响的试验。结果表明:2 a生云南红竹的生长和沼液浓度呈正相关,其中稀释3倍的沼液为最适浓度;稀释2倍的沼液对云南红竹生长的影响与竹龄呈负相关,竹龄越小,促进作用越明显;施用量为6000 kg/hm^2时,云南红竹的生长量最高;厌氧发酵区的沼液促进云南红竹生长的作用更强;在一定的发酵时间范围内,发酵时间越长,对云南红竹生长的促进作用越明显,90 d最佳。Experiments were carried out in Xinguo Bamboo Seedling Cultivation Base of Fumin,Kunming City to study the effects of different concentration,application amount and fermentation time of vegetable leaves biogas slurry on the growth of Indosasa fuminensis Gao at different ages.The results showed that there was the positive correlation between the growth of 2-year-old Indosasa fuminensis Gao and the concentration of biogas slurry,among which the threefold diluted biogas slurry was the optimum concentration.The effect of twofold diluted biogas slurry on the growth of Indosasa fuminensis Gao was negatively correlated with the age of bamboo,the smaller the age of bamboo,the more obvious the promotion effect.The growth amount was the highest when the application amount was 6000 kg/hm 2.The biogas slurry in anaerobic fermentation area had more obvious effect on the growth.In a certain range of fermentation time,the longer the fermentation time,the more obvious the promotion effect on the growth,and the time of 90 days was the best.
