辽宁省个体经济的发展现状分析——基于1980—2017年经济面板数据

摘　　要：个体经济对于调整国民经济结构、扩大就业、提高人民生活水平等方面都起着积极的作用.基于辽宁省1980-2017年地区经济面板数据,对个体经济的时空特征进行了分析.时间上将全省个体经济划分为5个重要的发展阶段;空间上发现全省个体经济集中程度较低,变化较为平稳,空间结构发展较为均衡.另外,对个体经济与地区经济发展关系进行了实证检验,发现个体经济的发展水平与地区经济发展存在显著的正相关,即随着个体从业人数占总就业人数比值的上升,地区经济的发展水平也会升高.提出了放宽个体经济市场准入条件、拓展服务和科创个体经济领域、理顺个体经济管理机制、完善个体经济法律法规修订等建议.Individual economy plays an active role in adjusting national economic structure,expanding employment and improving people’s living standard.Based on the regional economic panel data of the whole province from 1980 to 2017,this paper firstly analyzes the spatial and temporal characteristics of the individual economy.In terms of time,the provincial individual economy is divided into five important stages of development.In terms of space,the concentration degree of individual economy in the whole province is relatively low,the change is relatively stable,and the development of spatial structure is relatively balanced.In addition,the relationship between individual economy and regional economic development is empirically tested,the study found that there was a significant positive correlation between the development level of individual economy and regional economic development,that is,with the increase of the ratio of the number of individual employees to the total number of employees,the development level of regional economy would also increase.Finally,some suggestions are put forward,such as relaxing the market access conditions of individual economy,expanding the fields of service and innovation of individual economy,straightening out the management mechanism of individual economy,and perfecting the revision of laws and regulations of individual economy.
