全小肠内置管减压引流在复杂小肠瘘早期治疗中的意义

摘　　要：目的观察全小肠内置管减压引流在小肠瘘早期治疗中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2013年1月至2017年12月华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院胃肠外科33例因小肠瘘行全小肠内置管减压引流术病人的临床资料。结果33例病人中,28例顺利出院,无再发肠瘘;再发肠瘘5例病人中,4例通过非手术治疗康复,1例放弃治疗。结论全小肠内置管减压引流在小肠瘘早期手术治疗,尤其是高位、高流量瘘中有明显的治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect of decompression and drainage using the total small intestinal internal pipe catheter arrange surgery in the early treatment of small intestinal fistula.Methods The clinical data of 33 patients with small intestinal fistula who underwent total small intestine internal tube decompression and drainage in Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery,Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from January 2013 to December 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of the 33 patients,28 were successfully discharged without recurrent intestinal fistula.Of the 5 patients with recurrent intestinal fistula,4 recovered through non-surgical treatment and 1 abandoned treatment.Conclusion Decompression and drainage of the whole small intestine with a built-in tube is effective in early surgical treatment of small intestinal fistula,especially in high position and high flow fistula.
