脱细胞基质生物补片在嵌顿性腹股沟斜疝中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨脱细胞组织基质生物补片在嵌顿性腹股沟斜疝病人治疗中的应用价值。方法选择2014年6月至2017年5月间共36例符合入选标准的嵌顿性腹股沟斜疝病人,使用脱细胞基质生物补片行腹股沟疝Lichtenstein平片无张力修补术,记录病人手术前后的临床参数,观察并分析术后并发症及复发情况。结果术后随访观察12~48个月,未出现生物材料过敏病例,出现伤口渗液2例,伤口感染1例,阴囊积液2例,无慢性疼痛和局部异物感,无复发病例。结论在嵌顿性腹股沟斜疝病人的治疗中应用脱细胞基质材料的生物补片行平片无张力疝修补手术,效果良好,不增加术后相关并发症,具有一定应用前景。Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of hernioplasty using acellular tissue matrix patch in the treatment of patients with incarcerated indirect inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 36 eligible patients with incarcerated inguinal hernia who met the inclusion criteria from June 2014 to May 2017 were selected and treated with Lichtenstein tension-free inguinal hernia repair using acellular matrix biological patch(Grand hope Biotech Co.,Ltd.).The clinical parameters before and after the operation were recorded,and the postoperative complications and recurrence were observed and analyzed.Results The patients were followed up for 12 to 48 months.There were no cases of allergy to biomaterials.2 cases of wound exudate,1 case of wound infection,2 cases of scrotal effusion,no chronic pain,no local foreign body sensation and no recurrence.Conclusion Lichtenstein repair for incarcerated inguinal hernia with acellular tissue matrix patch has exhibited good efficacy and does not increase postoperative complications,which showed promise in the clinical practice.
