摘  要:目的探讨经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗脱出型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法采用TESSYS技术治疗22例脱出型腰椎间盘突出症患者。术中仅行单纯髓核摘除。术后3个月应用VAS评分评价疼痛改善情况,ODI和JOA评分评价腰椎功能。结果患者均获得随访,时间3~12个月。术后3个月时,VAS评分由术前6~9(7.21±1.53)分下降至1~3(2.04±0.84)分;ODI由术前25%~35%(30.71%±5.62%)下降至9%~15%(12.59%±3.21%);JOA评分由术前11~15(13.53±2.11)分升高至22~26(24.90±2.20)分。结论TESSYS技术治疗脱出型腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,具有创伤小、恢复快、保持腰椎结构稳定和并发症少的优点。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic with TESSYS technique in the treatment of sequestered lumbar disc herniation.Methods TESSYS technique was used to treat 22 patients with sequestered lumbar disc herniation.Only nucleus pulposus was removed during the operation.At 3 months postoperation,the VAS of low back pain was used to evaluate postoperative pain relief situation.ODI and JOA was used to evaluate the improvement of lumbar function.Results All patients were followed up for 3~12 months.During the 3 months of follow-up after surgery,the VAS decreased from 6~9(7.21±1.53)points to 1~3(2.04±0.84)points.ODI decreased from 25%~35%(30.71%±5.62%)to 9%~15%(12.59%±3.21%).The JOA score increased from preoperative 11~15(13.53±2.11)points to 22~26(24.90±2.20)points.Conclusions TESSYS technique is effective in treating sequestered lumbar disc herniation.It has the characteristics of less trauma,quicker recovery,stable lumbar structure and fewer complications.
