临床药师在泌尿外科开展药学服务的效果分析

摘　　要：目的临床药师通过在泌尿外科实行药学服务,提高临床合理用药率,保证患者用药安全。方法临床药师参与构建泌尿外科的临床药师制模式,通过日常医嘱审核,制定专科病种规范和重点辅助用药规范,提高合理用药率,降低药占比。结果泌尿外科临床药师制实施后(2018年1-6月)与实施前(2017年1-6月)相比,人均药品总金额下降2831元,重点监控人均药品金额下降1594元,药占比由实施前的34.34%下降到29.80%,重点监控药品的合理率从23.33%提高到58.48%,总体处方合理率从28.89%提高到77.22%。结论临床药师在泌尿外科的药学服务提高了科室的合理用药率,降低了患者住院成本,保证了患者的用药安全。Objective To improve the rate of rational drug use and ensure the safety of drug use by clinical pharmacists through pharmaceutical care in urology department.Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the construction of clinical pharmacist system model in urology department;through routine examination of medical orders,the specifications of specialty diseases and key auxiliary drugs were formulated to increase the rate of rational drug use and reduce drug proportion.Results After the implementation of the clinical pharmacist system in urology department(January to June,2018),compared with that before the implementation(January to June,2017),the total amount of drugs per capita decreased by 2831 yuan,the amount of drugs per capita for key monitoring decreased by 1594 yuan,the proportion of drugs decreased from 34.34%to 29.8%,the reasonable rate of key monitoring drugs increased from 23.33%to 58.48%,and that of the overall prescription was increased from 28.89%to 77.22%.Conclusion The pharmaceutical care of clinical pharmacists in urology department improves the rate of rational drug use,reduces the cost of inpatients,and ensures the drug safety of patients.
