摘　　要：目的通过对妊娠及哺乳期咨询问题的汇总和分析,深入开展药物咨询工作。方法收集我院妊娠及哺乳期专病药师门诊的411条咨询案例,根据咨询患者类型、咨询问题的种类、咨询药物的分类以及咨询内容等进行统计分析。结果咨询哺乳期成人用药的问题最多,其次为孕早期用药的问题;咨询问题种类以问题类型2为主;咨询药物的品种以维生素及微量元素药物、抗微生物药物以及消化系统药物为主。结论对妊娠及哺乳期用药咨询分析有助于药师有的放矢地学习,提升药学服务水平。Objective To analyze and summarize drug consultation for pregnancy and lactation and make this work much better.Methods Totally 411 cases of drug consultation in pregnant and lactant women were collected and analyzed statistically according to the types of patients,questions,drugs and consulting contents.Results The consultation ratio of lactant adults was the highest and the ratio in early pregnancy was the second;the consulted question was mostly type 2;the main types of consulted drugs were vitamins and trace element drugs,antibiotics and digestive system drugs.Conclusion Analysis of drug consultation for pregnant and lactant women can help to improve the pharmacists′learning and level of pharmaceutical care.
