摘　　要：目的:非风湿性心脏病合并房颤的患者行单极射频消融术远期疗效及方法总结。方法:回顾2011年4月至2016年8期间所有非风湿性心脏病合并房颤行单极射频消融术患者资料,随访其预后、转归情况。结果:24例患者无一例失访,平均随访44.62±22.99月。术后有6例为持续窦性心律,占比25.0%,远低于平均75%的水平,根据左心房内径以55mm为界将患者分组,左心房大小对房颤远期疗效影响差异无统计学意义。结论:同时进行心内、心外膜的消融及脂肪及神经的重建可提高房颤疗效。Objective:To summarize the clinical effect of unipolar radiofrequency ablation in patients with non-rheumatic heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation.Method:Review of single-pole radiofrequency ablation in 24 cases of non-rheumatic heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation since April 2011 to 2016-8.The prognosis and outcome were followed up.Result:None of the 24 patients missed the interview,the average follow-up 44.62±22.99 months.There were 6 cases of persistent sinus rhythm,accounting for 25%,well below the average level of 75%,After the left atrial diameter was grouped by 55mm,there was no significant difference in the effect of atrial size on forward atrial fibrillation.Conclusion:The ablation of endocardium and epicardium combined with the reconstruction of fat and nerve can improve the effect of atrial fibrillation.
