摘  要:目的分析Th17细胞、CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)与Graves病临床状态的相关性。方法选取2018年11月—2019年4月,在我院治疗的50例Graves病患者,将其分为初发组(n=22)及缓解组(n=28),同时选取同期健康体检者50例作为对照组,对所有研究者均进行淋巴细胞亚群测定及分析。结果CD4^+CD25^+FoxP3^+T细胞Treg细胞水平明显低于对照组,Th17细胞高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论CD4^+CD25^+FoxP3^+T细胞Treg、Th17可能参与了Graves病发病过程。Objective:To analyze the correlation between Th17 cells,CD4^+CD25^+regulatory T cells(Treg cells)and the clinical status of Graves disease.Methods:A total of 50 patients with Graves'disease who were treated in our hospital from November 20 to April 2019 were divided into the initial group(n=22)and the remission group(n=28).Forty patients were used as a control group,and lymphocyte subsets were measured and analyzed for all investigators.Results:The levels of Treg cells in CD4^+CD2^5+FoxP3^+T cells were significantly lower than those in the control group,and Th17 cells were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CD4^+CD25^+FoxP3^+T cells may be involved in the pathogenesis of Graves disease.
