摘　　要：目的探讨主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)联合漂浮导管对心脏泵衰竭患者心功能及预后的影响。方法选取2018年7月—2019年7月本院收治的80例心脏泵衰竭患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组采用IABP治疗,观察组采用IABP联合漂浮导管治疗。比较2组患者的心功能、血压、心率、血氧饱和度以及不良反应事件发生情况。结果2组患者术后的血压、心率以及血氧饱和度指标显著优于术前,且观察组患者术后的血压、心率以及血氧饱和度指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者各项不良反应事件的发生率及病死率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论IABP联合漂浮导管可有效改善心脏泵衰竭患者的心功能,降低不良事件发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of intra aortic balloon counterpulsation(IABP)combined with floating catheter on cardiac function and prognosis of patients with heart pump failure.Methods Totally 80 patients with heart pump failure from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with IABP,and the observation group was treated with IABP and floating catheter.Heart function,blood pressure,heart rate,oxygen saturation and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The indexes of blood pressure,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation after treatment in both groups were significantly better than those before operation,and the blood pressure,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence and mortality of adverse events in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion IABP combined with floating catheter can effectively improve the cardiac function and reduce the incidence rate of adverse events.
