摘  要:目的构建基于“互联网+”全程信息化慢性伤口管理系统并探讨其应用效果。方法借助互联网技术,组建专业化的慢性伤口管理团队,搭建慢性伤口信息化管理系统平台。比较系统应用前后医疗联合体成员单位护理人员处理慢性伤口的能力、患者伤口愈合程度及患者满意度之间的差异。结果应用全程信息化慢性伤口管理模式后,患者伤口愈合程度高于应用前,满意度显著提高,医联体护理人员处理慢性伤口的能力高于应用前(P<0.05)。结论基于“互联网+”全程信息化慢性伤口管理系统的构建,可进一步优化慢性伤口诊疗流程,提高慢性伤口治愈率和护士处理慢性伤口的能力,提高患者对医疗护理的满意度,实现区域内慢性伤口的同质化管理。Objective To construct a holistic informationalized chronic wound management system based on“Internet+”and explore its application effect.Methods With the help of Internet technology,a professional team of chronic wound management was set up,and a platform of chronic wound information management system was built.Before and after application of management system,the differences of nursing staff's ability to deal with chronic wounds,wound healing degree and patient′s satisfaction degree were compared.Results After the application of information-based chronic wound management model,patients′wound healing degree,patients′satisfaction degree and the ability of medical nursing staff to deal with chronic wounds were significantly better than those before application of management(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the construction of“Internet+”holistic informationalized chronic wound management system,the process of chronic wound diagnosis and treatment can be further optimized,it can improve the healing rate of chronic wounds,improve the nurses′ability to deal with chronic wounds,improve patient′s satisfaction degree with medical care,and achieve the homogeneity management of chronic wound in the region.
