摘  要:对4种薰衣草(Lavender angustifolia)干旱胁迫处理0、5、10、15、20、25、30 d,测定分析各时期的5个抗旱生理指标。结果表明,随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,4种薰衣草的叶片相对含水量(RWC)均呈下降趋势,英国玫瑰薰衣草RWC最低;丙二醛(MDA)含量波动较大,先略上升再下降再大幅上升后又下降,在25 d时达到高值,以法国普罗旺斯含量为高;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性变化总体先升高后下降,15 d时达到高值。综合评价4种薰衣草,对干旱胁迫的适应能力从大到小依次为天空薰衣草、狭叶薰衣草、法国普罗旺斯薰衣草、英国玫瑰薰衣草。在较为干旱的榆林地区可尝试天空薰衣草的引种栽培。To study the adaptability of four lavender varieties under soil drought stress,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the introduction and cultivation of lavender in Yulin area,five physiological indexes of drought resistance of four lavender varieties through drought stress treatment for 0,5,10,15,20,25,30 days were measured and analyzed.The results showed that with the prolongation of drought stress,the leaf relative water content(RWC)of four lavender varieties decreased,among which that of British rose Lavender was the lowest.The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)fluctuated greatly,first increased slightly and then decreased and then increased sharply and then decreased.It reached a high value at 25 d,and the content of France Provence lavender was high.The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT)increased first and then decreased,and reached a high value at 15 d.Comprehensive evaluation of four kinds of lavender,the ability to adapt to drought stress from the largest to the smallest are sky lavender,narrow leaf lavender,French Provence lavender,British rose lavender.In the relatively dry Yulin area,try the introduction and cultivation of sky lavender.
