大鼠颈外静脉置管与留置方法的改进

摘　　要：目的探索大鼠颈外静脉置管过程中导管的制备及长期留置的方法。方法将20只SD大鼠麻醉固定,分离颈外静脉,阻断远端静脉回流;剪开颈外静脉后,用制作的血管拉钩暴露静脉切口,将事先制备的带有固定栓的导管置入静脉后结扎固定,检查导管的通畅性,连接由留置针及肝素帽组成的留置装置,最后采用改进的固定方法于大鼠后背包扎固定留置装置。固定完成后,大鼠单笼饲养,每天通过导管注入5ml生理盐水,观察2w。结果 20只大鼠均置管成功,术后恢复良好,观察至2w,注射生理盐水通畅,未发生脱管及渗漏现象。结论利用现有的材料制作带有固定栓的静脉导管,通过方法改进保证了置管的成功率,并可达到长期留置效果。Objective To explore the preparation of catheter and the method of long-term indwelling during external jugular vein catheterization in rats. Methods A total of 20 SD rats were anesthetized and fixed to separate the external jugular vein and block the reflux of distal vein. After the external jugular vein was cut, a prepared vascular retractor was used to expose the vein incision. A prepared catheter with a fixed plug was inserted into the vein and was ligated for fixation. After checking the catheter patency, the indwelling device composed of an indwelling needle and a heparin cap was connected. Finally, the indwelling device wrapped around the back of rats was fixed using the improved fixation method. After fixation, each rat was individually housed, with5 ml normal saline injected through a catheter every day. All rats were observed for two weeks. Results Catheterization was successfully performed for the 20 rats, which also recovered well after operation. During the 2 w observation, no obstruction was observed for injection of normal saline, with no catheter detachment or leakage. Conclusion The venous catheter with a fixed plug,made from the existing material, plus the improvement of indwelling method can ensure the success rate of catheterization and achieve long-term indwelling effect.
