摘  要:本设计实现了一种基于FPGA便携式高精度脉冲信号产生和参数测量装置。信号产生功能实现,通过FPGA的定时器/计数器电路、输出比较电路产生。经调试,系统能够产生频率为1 MHz、脉宽为100 ns、幅度为5±0.1V、上升时间不大于30 ns、过冲不大于5%的矩形脉冲信号。测量功能实现,首先将待测信号进行阻抗匹配及衰减器处理,然后,通过FPGA的高速计数器进行等精度测频实现信号频率10 Hz到2 MHz的测量;通过高速数据采样及高速A/D转换实现幅度范围为0.1V到10 V、占空比测量范围为10%到90%以及上升时间50.0到999 ns的测量。最终,使用FPGA将被测信号的各参数显示在LCD1602液晶屏上。实验结果表明,对信号的频率测量误差小于0.1%、脉宽测量误差小于1%、幅度测量误差小于2%、上升时间测量误差小于5%。该装置具有便携、高精度、成本低、实现简单等特点,在高校的教学和科研、学生实践课堂领域能发挥重要作用。This design implements a portable high-precision pulse signal generation and parameter measurement device based on FPGA.The signal generation function is implemented by the timer/counter circuit of the FPGA and the output comparison circuit.After debugging,the system can generate a rectangular pulse signal with a frequency of 1 MHz,a pulse width of 100 ns,an amplitude of 5±0.1 V,a rise time of no more than 30 ns,and an overshoot of no more than 5%.The measurement function is realized.Firstly,the signal to be tested is impedance matched and attenuator processed.Then,the highfrequency counter of the FPGA is used for equal-precision frequency measurement to realize the measurement of the signal frequency from 10 Hz to 2 MHz;the amplitude is realized by high-speed data sampling and high-speed A/D conversion.Measurements range from 0.1 V to 10 V,duty cycle measurement range from 10%to 90%,and rise time from 50.0 to 999ns.Finally,the FPGA is used to display the parameters of the signal under test on the LCD1602 LCD.The experimental results show that the frequency measurement error of the signal is less than 0.1%,the pulse width measurement error is less than 1%,the amplitude measurement error is less than 2%,and the rise time measurement error is less than 5%.The device has the characteristics of portability,high precision,low cost and simple implementation,and can play an important role in the fields of teaching and research,and student practice in colleges and universities.
