摘 要:对古籍《中庸大学》菌斑菌株复苏分离鉴定,采用菌落形态特征和显微镜观察以及分子生物学鉴定方法鉴定该菌株,同时该菌株在宣纸上模拟菌斑制备霉斑样品,利用水、复配清洗剂、加入抗坏血酸的复配清洗剂分别对霉斑样品进行清洗.最终菌株鉴定结果为里氏木霉(Trichodermareesei),加入抗坏血酸的复配清洗剂清洗效果最好,木瓜酶浓度为3%,抗坏血酸浓度为0.06%,pH为6.0,清洗温度为30.7℃,可以用其对被里氏木霉污染的古籍进行清洗.The plaque strains of the ancient books“Zhongyongdaxue”were isolated and identified.The morphological characteristics of the colonies,microscopic observation and molecular biological identification methods were used to identify the strains.At the same time,the strains were used to simulate the plaques on rice paper to prepare mold samples,using water,The mixture of cleaning agent and ascorbic acid was used to clean the mildew samples;the final strain was identified as Trichodermareesei,and the cleaning agent with ascorbic acid was the best.The papain concentration was 3%,the ascorbic acid concentration was 0.06%,the pH was 6.0,and the cleaning temperature was 30.7℃.It can be used to clean ancient books contaminated with Trichodermareesei.
