摘 要:为研究协调输弹机到位后振动的现象,将弹协调臂柔性化,建立了协调输弹机的刚柔耦合模型,使用ADAMS软件对协调输弹机进行动力学仿真,研究了间隙位置、间隙数量以及间隙耦合对协调输弹机到位后振动大小的影响。发现考虑间隙后会减小协调输弹机到位后振动,间隙数量的增加也会减小到位后振动,与输入端关联的间隙对到位后振动影响较大。研究为优化协调输弹机到位后振动提供了理论依据。In order to study the vibration of ammunition manipulator after its motion stops,the rigid-flexible coupling model of ammunition manipulator was established by flexiblizing the manipulator.Using ADAMS software,the dynamic simulation of ammunition manipulator was carried out and the influence of clearance position,clearance number and clearance coupling on the vibration of ammunition manipulator was studied.It is found that the vibration of ammunition manipulator will be reduced when clearance is considered,and the vibration of ammunition manipulator will also be reduced when the number of clearances is increased.The clearance connected with manipulator has a greater impact on the vibration of ammunition manipulator.These provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the vibration of ammunition manipulator after the end of movement.
