摘  要:介绍了N,N-二甲氨基丙烯酸乙酯的几种合成方法,重点研究了一氧化碳高压合成法的工艺,采用一氧化碳高压合成法,包括三个反应步骤:第一步合成乙醇钠的甲苯悬浊液;第二步以乙醇钠、乙酸乙酯为原料,通入一氧化碳高压反应制备甲酰乙酸乙酯的钠盐;第三步以甲酰乙酸乙酯和二甲胺为原料合成N,N-二甲氨基丙烯酸乙酯。优化后的工艺原料易采购、生产成本低、三废少、产能大。适合产业化。Several synthetic methods for ethyl N,N-dimethylamino acrylate were introduced.The process of high-pressure synthesis of carbon monoxide was studied.The high-pressure synthesis method of carbon monoxide was used,including three reaction steps:the first step was to synthesize sodium ethoxide which is suspension in toluene;the second step is sodium ethoxide and ethyl acetate as raw materials,and the high-pressure reaction of carbon monoxide is used to prepare the sodium salt of ethyl formylacetate;the third step is to synthesize N,N-dimethylaminoacrylate with the sodium salt of ethyl formylacetate and dimethylamine as raw materials.The optimized process raw materials are easy to purchase,the production cost is low,the three wastes are small,and the production capacity is large.Suitable for industrialization.
