摘　　要：采用粉煤灰、生石灰及自制添加剂对磷石膏进行改性,研究改性磷石膏作缓凝剂对水泥性能的影响。结果表明,改性磷石膏对水泥不仅起到缓凝作用,还起到增强作用;与天然石膏相比,水泥的凝结时间基本一致,强度略强,水泥安定性合格。The phosphogypsum was modified by means of addition of flyash,quicklime and modifier to improve the performance of cement paste as a cement setting retarder.The results show that the modified phosphogypsum not only slows down the cement,but also enhances the cement.Compared with the natural gypsum,the setting time of the cement is basically the same,the strength of the cement is slightly stronger,and the stability of the cement is qualified.
