快速暖机隔油板改善冷起动排放的试验研究

摘  要:设计一种可以控制汽油机机油量的快速暖机隔油板,研究安装该隔油板前后的汽油机在国家排放标准规定的试验循环下的暖机速度和排放变化。使用定容取样系统采集和分析排放数据,监测水温以及不同位置的机油温度。试验结果显示:随着温度的升高,相同市区驾驶单元整车的气态物排放均降低,CO和THC排放集中在前80 s冷机状态;整车安装隔油板后,发动机暖机速度加快,主油道温度升高到60℃的时间缩短了28 s,CO 2排放相对原机降低了1.23%,THC和CO在前两个市区驾驶单元的排放明显降低。The warming up speed and emission of a car under standard drive cycle are studied.The emission are collected and analyzed by CVS(constant volume sampling system),and the water temperature and oil temperature in different position are monitored.Test results show that with the engine temperature rising,gaseous emissionis is reduced,THC and CO emission produce mainly in the first 80 seconds.When using oil baffle plate,engine warming up is accelerated,and the time of oil temperature reaching 60℃is shortened by 28 seconds,CO 2 emission was reduced by 1.23%compared with the original engine.THC and CO emission in the first two city drive conditions was greatly reduced.
