基于层次分析理论解读毛泽东独立自主外交思想的历史逻辑

摘　　要：在近现代外交关系中,受到殖民主义扩张的外交生态体系和冷战威胁的国际格局影响,毛泽东形成了实现国家主权、民族独立和维护国家安全的独立自主外交思想。因此,探析毛泽东独立自主外交的历史逻辑,呈现出外交生态体系与独立自主外交诉求、国家利益与独立自主外交意志和个人价值取向与独立自主外交的价值负载三个层次。将毛泽东独立自主外交思想置于近现代国际大格局中,借用层次分析理论,从历史的视域分析其缘起、发展和价值负载,赋予毛泽东独立自主外交思想历史内涵和时代价值,对新时代中国特色大国外交也具有极为重要的现实意义。In modern diplomatic relations, influenced by the diplomatic ecological system of colonial expansion and the international pattern threatened by the cold war, Mao Zedong developed the thought of independent diplomacy to realize national sovereignty, national independence and maintain national security. Therefore, the analysis of the historical logic in Mao Zedong’s independent diplomacy presents three levels: diplomatic ecological system and independent diplomatic demands, national interests and independent diplomatic will, individual value orientation and value load of independent diplomacy. Based on AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), putting Mao Zedong’s thought of independent diplomacy in the modern international environment, the paper analyzes its origin, development and value and embodies it with historical connotation and time value. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
