PCR检验法、细菌培养法对阴道细菌的检验价值

摘　　要：目的比较细菌培养法、PCR检验法对阴道细菌的阳性总检出率。方法选取2018年1月-2019年1月期间于笔者所在单位治疗细菌性阴道炎的50例患者作为本次的研究对象,将随机数字表法作为分组方法,将患者分入对照组、研究组,每组25例。为两组患者采取适量阴道分泌物,随后为对照组采取细菌培养法进行检验,为研究组采取PCR检验法进行检验,比较两组对肠球菌、加特纳菌、棒状杆菌的检出率以及阳性总检出率。结果研究组对肠球菌、加特纳菌、棒状杆菌的检出率分别为20.00%、20.00%、52.00%,均高于对照组的4.00%、8.00%、36.00%,研究组的阳性总检出率为92.00%,高于对照组的48.00%,差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在阴道细菌的检验方面PCR检验法具有比细菌培养法更高的阳性检出率。Objective To compare the positive total detection rate of vaginal bacteria by bacterial culture method and PCR test.Methods 50 patients who were treated with bacterial vaginosis in the unit of the author from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the subjects of the study.The random number table method was used as a grouping method to divide the patients into the control group and study group,25 cases in each group.Appropriate vaginal secretions were taken for the two groups of patients,followed by a bacterial culture method for the control group.The test group was tested by PCR test,and the detection rates of enterococcus,gardner,and corynebacterium were compared between the two groups.Positive total detection rate.Results The detection rates of enterococcus,gardnerella,and corynebacterium were 20.00%,20.00%,and 52.00%,respectively,which were higher than 4.00%,8.00%,and 36.00% of the control group.The total detection rate was 92.00%,which was higher than 48.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The PCR test has a higher positive detection rate than the bacterial culture method in the detection of vaginal bacteria.
