摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理对眼外伤致眼球摘除患者术前不良情绪及睡眠的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年1月厦门大学附属中山医院眼科收治的外伤致眼球摘除患者80例作为研究对象,根据患者护理方案的不同随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组同时配合心理护理。比较2组的情绪评分(SAS评分及SDS评分)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)及疼痛情况(VAS评分)。结果:护理后观察组的SDS评分、SAS评分、PSQI评分及VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:眼外伤致眼球摘除患者接受围术期心理护理干预,有助于改善不良情绪,提高患者的睡眠质量,缓解疼痛感。Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing on the bad mood and sleep of the patients with ocular trauma caused by eyeball removal.Methods:A totoal of 80 cases from January 2016 to January 2018 with traumatic eyeball removal patients admitted to the ophthalmology department of zhongshan hospital affiliated to xiamen university were selected as the study subjects.According to the different nursing programs of patients,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group cooperated with psychological nursing.Emotional scores(SAS and SDS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and pain(VAS)were compared between the two groups.Results:SDS score,SAS score,PSQI score and VAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:perioperative psychological nursing intervention is helpful to improve the bad mood,improve the sleep quality of patients and relieve the pain.
