综合护理对于肿瘤晚期化疗所致患者胃肠反应和睡眠的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究综合护理对于肿瘤晚期化疗所致患者胃肠反应和睡眠的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月蚌埠市第一人民医院收治的肿瘤晚期化疗患者76例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组38例,对照组给予常规的护理干预,观察组给与给予综合护理干预,分析2组胃肠反应以及睡眠质量。结果:1)给予不同的护理干预后,对照组和观察组的肠胃反应发生率分别为47.3%和21.0%,观察组的肠胃反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义;2)对照组睡眠质量评分为(67.2±10.3)分,观察组睡眠质量评分为(85.6±9.7)分。观察组的睡眠质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义;3)对照组的心理评分为(4.2±1.3)分,观察组的心理评分为(7.8±1.4)分。观察组的心理评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。讨论:综合护理应用于肿瘤晚期化疗患者,有利于改善患者肠胃,提高睡眠质量,缓解心理压力。Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on gastrointestinal reaction and sleep in patients with advanced chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 76 cases between January 2018 and January 2019 of late tumor chemotherapy patients admitted in the first people’s hospital of bengbu 76 cases as the research object,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 38 cases,control group given routine nursing intervention,observation group to give comprehensive nursing intervention,analysis of two groups gastrointestinal reaction and the quality of their sleep.Results:1)after different nursing intervention,the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions in the control group and the observation group was 47.3%and 21.0%,respectively.The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.2)the sleep quality score of the control group was(67.2±10.3)points,and that of the observation group was(85.6±9.7)points.The score of sleep quality in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.3)the psychological score of the control group was(4.2±1.3),and that of the observation group was(7.8±1.4).The psychological score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing applied in patients with advanced cancer chemotherapy is conducive to improving their gastrointestinal tract,improving sleep quality and relieving psychological pressure.
