个性化护理对乳腺癌手术患者睡眠质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探究个性化护理对乳腺癌手术患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年5月至2018年7月龙岩市第二医院收治的乳腺癌手术患者72例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组进行乳腺癌手术常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行人性化护理。比较2组患者护理后的心理状态(SAS评分及SDS评分)和睡眠质量(PSQI评分)。结果:观察组的SAS评分、SDS评分及PSQI评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化护理服务应用于乳腺癌手术患者中的临床效果明显,能帮助患者缓解心理压力,有效改善患者的睡眠质量。Objective:To explore the influence of personalized nursing for sleep quality of patients with breast cancer surgery.Methods:72 patients with breast cancer surgery from May 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into control group and research group with 36 cases in each group.The control group were with routine nursing for breast cancer surgery,and the study group were with humanized nursing on the basis of control group.The psychological status(SAS score and SDS score)and sleep quality(PSQI score)of two groups after nursing were compared.Results:The SAS scores,SDS scores and PSQI score of study group were significantly lower than those of ontrol group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of personalized nursing service in the patients with breast cancer operation is obvious,and it can release the psychological pressure and improve the sleep quality of patients.
