摘　　要：目的:分析快速康复护理对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者睡眠质量和术后疼痛的影响。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年2月蚌埠市第一人民医院收治的腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者71例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=36),对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受快速康复护理,比较2组患者睡眠质量、术后疼痛程度和护理满意度。结果:观察组术前1 d、术后24 h和36 h PSQI评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后8 h、12 h、24 h VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意率为97.22%,对照组为85.71%(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复护理干预可有效改善腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后睡眠质量和疼痛感,对于提高患者满意率、建立良好护患关系效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on sleep quality and postoperative pain in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:A total of 71 patients treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=36).The quality of sleep,postoperative pain and nursing satisfaction were compared in group 2.Results:The PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group 1 day before operation,24 h after operation and 36 h after operation(P<0.05).VAS scores at 8 h,12 h and 24 h after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.22%,and that of the control group was 85.71%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of sleep and pain in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy after surgery,and has a significant effect on improving the satisfaction rate of patients and establishing a good nurse-patient relationship,which is worthy of promotion and application.
