摘　　要：波导透镜是某型雷达天线系统的关键件,生产过程中需将波导组合体灌入填充料并机加工双抛物面。以聚乙二醇(PEG)为基体,研究了松香、石膏作为改性剂对PEG机械加工和清洗工艺的改进。通过优化配比,制备出满足机械加工要求且易清洗的灌注填充料。The waveguide lens is a key component of a radar antenna system. During the production process, the waveguide combination with filler should be machined into dual-paraboloid. Polyethylene glycol is selected as the matrix of filler. The influence of rosin and gypsum powder on machinability and cleaning performance of polyethylene glycol is studied. By optimizing the ratio, the filler with perfect machinability and cleaning performance is prepared.
