摘 要:紧固防松技术是武器装备制造的基础技术,武器装备产品的紧固防松质量及可靠性是武器装备的基本质量特性,是关乎武器装备可靠性、安全性的重要影响因素。武器装备中由于某产品服役环境的特殊性以及强振动性,自服役以来紧固防松技术不到位引发的产品质量问题越来越多。针对已发生的质量问题,对典型故障问题进行汇总、归纳,分析故障原因,论述解决方案,并对引发故障问题的原因进行反思,制定了可用于指导工艺设计、装配和实际操作的紧固与防松技术要求。该工艺改进成果已固化提升为兵器工业集团公司标准(Q/CNG 87-2016),对武器装备、整体质量提升具有重要意义,并有较强的推广价值。Fastening and loosening prevention technology was the basic technology of weapons and equipment manufacturing.The quality and reliability of fastening and loosening prevention of weapons and equipment products were the basic quality characteristics of weapons,which were important factors affecting the reliability and safety of weapons and equipment.Due to the particularity and strong vibration of the service environment of a certain product in weapon equipment,the product quality problems caused by the insufficient fastening and anti-loosening technology since the service were more and more.In view of the existing quality problems,it was summarized that the typical fault problems,analyzed the causes of the faults,and discussed the looseness which can be used to guide process design,assembly and practical operation.This process improvement result has been solidified and promoted to the standard of ordnance industry group(Q/CNG 87-2016),which is of great significance to the improvement of weapon equipment and overall quality,and had strong promotion value.
