摘 要:随着兵器行业的快速发展,特别是先进武器装备对表面处理的要求越来越高,武器装备中采用磷化涂漆工艺进行表面处理的零件占到零件总类的50%。以往常用的高温磷化涂漆工艺存在温度高、沉渣多、耐蚀性差、结合力差、员工劳动强度大等问题。通过采用先进的中温磷化涂漆工艺解决了高温磷化涂漆工艺存在的实际问题,该工艺成果已固化成为中国兵器工业集团有限公司标准《炮弹、火箭弹、导弹、引信、火工品钢件中温磷化涂漆工艺》(Q/CNG 90—2016),有效提升了产品质量。Along with instant development of weaponry industry,especially the higher level of quality requirements in surface treatment process to particular advanced military equipment,parts treated by phosphating and paint coating process accounted for nearly 50%percent of the total parts.The commonly used high-temperature phosphating coating process had many problems,such as high temperature,more sediment,poor corrosion resistance,poor bonding force,and high labor intensity.By using the advanced medium-temperature phosphating coating technology,the problems of high-temperature phosphating coating technology were solved to a large extent.The medium-temperature phosphating painting process was solidified into the standard Q/CNG 90—2016 of North China Industries Group Co.,Ltd.,or steel parts of cannonball,rocket projectile,missile,fuze,initiating explosive device medium-temperature phosphate treatment process,which effectively improved the quality of rocket and projectile products.
