摘　　要：针对高炉布料装置的炉顶控制系统的局限性,提出一种运用PROFIBUS-DP现场总线来实现液压站现场检测及保护系统、密封挡料系统、料流调节等控制系统。选用西门子S7-400H作为主站控制单元,在高炉炉顶设置西门子PLC从站,PC机作为上位机,实时监控高炉现场运行状况,并可进行集中远程管理与工况参数修改。改造使用结果表明,PROFIBUS-DP远程智能从站技术有效解决了炉顶上料系统故障频繁的问题。Aiming at the limitation of the top control system of blast furnace charging device,the paper brings forth employing PROFIBUS-DP field bus to realize control systems such as real-time detection and protection system of hydraulic station,sealing material system and material flow adjustment.Siemens S7-400 H was selected as the main station control unit,Siemens PLC slave station was set on the top of the blast furnace,PC was used as the upper computer for the real-time monitoring of the blast furnace field operation status,centralized remote management,and modification of the working condition parameters.The results of the transformation show that the PROFIBUS-DP remote intelligent slave technology helps solve the problem of frequent faults in the top loading system effectively.
