摘　　要：计算机网络故障排查是网络运维人员的必修课程。对于初级运维人员理解网络架构、学习网络设备有重要意义。拥有清晰网络故障排查思路,掌握一定的沟通方法,就能够快速入门网络故障排查技术。本文从排查流程入手,将网络层次模型与排查工作相结合,总结出一套具有一定普适性的排查思路。Computer network fault detection is a compulsory course for network operations and maintenance personnel.It’s important for junior operations staff to understand network architecture and learn network equipment.With clarity of thought of network fault detection and communication method, we can earned the rudiments the network fault detection technology quickly.This article starts with the process of investigation, combines network layer model with investigation work, and then summarizes a general and universal thought of computer network fault detection.
