针刺疗法在原发性高血压防治中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺疗法在原发性高血压防治中的应用效果。方法:选取60例原发性高血压患者为研究对象,按照诊疗顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用硝苯地平口服治疗,观察组在此基础上联合针刺治疗,比较两组血压水平、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组收缩压和舒张压水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组收缩压和舒张压水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺对高血压进行防治安全性高且效果较好,能够帮助患者有效控制血压,利于对患者机体的保护,也促进此类患者治疗更加多元化。Objective:To observe effects of acupuncture therapy in prevention and treatment of essential hypertension.Methods:60 patients with essential hypertension treated in our center were selected and divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to the order of diagnosis and treatment.The control group was treated with Nifedipine tablets,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of that of the control group.The blood pressure level,therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressures of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than that in the control group(30.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Acupuncture has high safety and good effects in the prevention and treatment of hypertension.It can effectively control blood pressure,protect the patient's body,and promote the diversification of such patients.
