区域互联网对江苏研发资源利用效率的作用机制研究——基于两阶段研发链视角

摘　　要：从价值链角度考虑,在互联网融合于零售与制造等环节过程中,研发环节也需借此提升工作效率。基于1999—2015年江苏省统计资料,运用超越对数生产函数和SFA模型,从技术形成与技术转化两个阶段,考察互联网对研发资源利用效率的作用效果。研究发现,在技术形成阶段,研发资源与互联网的融合效果欠佳,而在技术转化阶段却呈现出良好融合效果。相对而言,人才要素比资本要素更擅于利用互联网实现自我价值优化,尤其表现在技术转化阶段。此外,在技术转化阶段,互联网能有效促进资本与人才要素的结合,而在技术形成阶段却未有体现。From the perspective of value chain,the R&D link needs to improve productivity in the process of Internet integrating with retail and manufacturing.Based on the statistical data of Jiangsu Province from 1999 to 2015,using the transcendental logarithmic production function and the SFA model,the impact effect of Internet on the utilization efficiency of R&D resources are examined from two stages:technology formation and technology transformation.It is found that in the stage of technology formation,the integration effect of internet and R&D resources is not good,but a good fusion effect shows in the stage of technology transformation.Relatively speaking,the talent factor is better at using Internet to achieve self-value optimization than capital element,especially in the stage of technological transformation.In addition,in the stage of technology transformation,Internet can promote the combination of capital and talent elements effectively,but it has not been reflected in the stage of technology formation.
