摘　　要：作为建设中国特色社会主义的总依据,社会主义初级阶段具有丰富的内涵:它虽然包含诸多非社会主义因素,但它确实是社会主义社会;当然,它是不发达、不成熟、"不够格"的社会主义,并非马克思恩格斯所说的共产主义第一阶段;它是整个中国特色社会主义很长历史过程中的初始阶段,是长期性和阶段性的统一;它既是快速发展进步、优越性不断彰显的阶段,更是任务繁重、矛盾凸显时期;它还是顺应全球化潮流,不断改革创新、扩大开放,为人类作出越来越多贡献的阶段。深刻领会社会主义初级阶段的内在意蕴,对于全面把握新时代的科学内涵与习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,廓清错误认识,坚定"四个自信",制定和执行正确的路线方针政策,实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标和中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,具有极为重要的现实意义。As the general basis for building socialism with Chinese characteristics,the primary stage of socialism is rich in its connotations;despite many non-socialist factors it contains,it is indeed a socialist society;it is certainly an underdeveloped,immature,and " unqualified" stage of socialism,yet it is not the first stage of communism described by Marx and Engels;it is the initial stage in the long historical process of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which is a longterm and phased unity;it is not only a stage of both rapid development and progress with constantly revealed superiority,but also a period with arduous tasks and prominent contradictions;it is a stage of conforming to the trend of globalization,under constant reforming and innovating,and expansion of opening up,thus making more and more contributions to mankind. A profound understanding about the inherent meaning of the primary stage of socialism is of great practical significance to fully grasp the scientific connotations of the new era and Xi Jinping’s thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,clarify misunderstandings,strengthen the " four self-confidences",formulate and implement correct principles and policies,and achieve " the two centenary goals" and the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.
