摘  要:目的观察个性化3D打印钛网在颅部骨缺损修复中的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月至2018年12月该院收治的颅部骨缺损患者30例,运用3D打印技术根据骨缺损的形状及大小设计个性化钛网进行颅部骨缺损修复,观察术后颅骨外观改善、修补效果及并发症发生情况。术后随访3个月。结果30例患者术后外观效果满意,颅骨可基本恢复原有颅骨外形,无颅内感染、出血等发生。术后3个月1例患者出现钛网外露,行头皮任意皮瓣转移后修复。结论运用个性化3D打印钛网修补颅部骨缺损术后效果满意,可在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of personalized 3D printed titanium mesh in the repair of cranial bone defects.Methods Thirty patients with cranial bone defects in the hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected.The personalized titanium mesh was designed according to the shape and size of bone defects by using 3D printing technology for conducting the the repair of cranial bone defects.The postoperative skull appearance improvement,repair effect and complications occurrence were observed.Results The postoperative appearance of 30 cases was satisfactory,and the skull could be basically restored to its original shape without the occurrence of intracranial infection and hemorrhage.One case appeared the titanium mesh exposure in postoperative 3 months,which was repaired by scalp any flap transfer.Conclusion The application of personalized 3D printed titanium mesh for repairing the cranial bone defect has a satisfactory postoperative effect and can be promoted and used in clinic.
