摘 要:为了研究线性摩擦焊焊接压力对焊接接头组织和性能的影响,以TB2钛合金为研究对象,在不同焊接压力下进行了线性摩擦焊焊接试验,并对接头进行了微观组织观察和力学性能测试。金相试验结果显示,焊缝界面两侧组织发生了明显的再结晶,接头热力影响区中,越靠近焊缝的晶粒变形程度越大;随着焊接压力的增大,焊缝再结晶晶粒尺寸和焊缝区的宽度也逐渐减小,热力影响区中晶粒变形程度增大,再结晶晶粒更加细小,再结晶位置由变形β晶粒内部和晶界转变为仅在β晶界。拉伸试验结果表明,摩擦压力大于70 MPa时,接头抗拉强度高于母材;摩擦压力为40 MPa时,结合面易形成氧化物残留,进而严重影响接头性能。In order to study the influence of linear friction welding pressure on the mircostructure and properties of welded joints,TB2 titanium alloy was used as the research object,and the linear friction welding test was carried out under different welding pressures.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints were tested.The results show that the recrystallization of the microstructure on both sides of the weld joint occurs,and the degree of grain deformation near the weld is greater in the thermo-mechanical affected zone.With the increase of welding pressure,the recrystallized grain size of the weld and the width of the weld zone are gradually reduced,the degree of grain deformation in the thermo-mechanical affected zone is increased,the recrystallized grain is finer,the recrystallization position changed from the deformedβgrain interior and grain boundary to only inβgrain boundary.When the friction pressure is greater than 70 MPa,the tensile strength of the joint is higher than that of the base metal;when the friction pressure is 40 MPa,the joint surface is easy to form oxide residue,which seriously affects the joint performance.
