摘 要:水合物的开发与利用已经成为热点能源问题之一。固态流开采是我国为开发非成岩水合物矿藏提出的一种绿色水合物开采方法。固态流开采是将深水浅层的水合物进行破碎流化,经过预处理后,通过管道举升至海面。引入基于水合物颗粒聚集动力学的群体平衡方程,对开采过程中竖直管道内水合物流动特性进行了正交试验研究。结果表明,对竖直管内水合物浆液流动摩阻影响最大的因素为水合物浆液的平均流速,而对竖直管内最大粒径影响最大的因素为浆液中水合物的体积分数。研究结果可为深水水合物浆液流动安全保障和水合物固态流开采技术的发展提供技术支持。The development and utilization of hydrate have become one of the hot energy issues.The solid-state flow mining method is a green hydrate mining method proposed by China for the development of non-diagenetic hydrate deposits.Solid-state fluid mining is a mining method in which the hydrate in the shallow layer of deep water is crushed and fluidized,and then pretreated and lifted to the surface of sea through a pipeline.The population balance equation based on the kinetics of hydrate particle aggregation is introduced to study the hydrate flow behavior in the vertical pipe during the mining process by the orthogonal test.The results show that the most important factor affecting the flow friction of hydrate slurry in the vertical pipe is the average flow rate of hydrate slurry,and the largest significant factor on the maximum particle size in the vertical pipe is the volume fraction of hydrate slurry.The study results can provide technical support for the development of deep water hydrate slurry flow safety and solid-state fluid mining technology.
