摘  要:在外力作用下铁磁性材料的矫顽力会发生规律性变化,因此通过测量材料矫顽力可实现其内部应力的测量。从微观角度阐释了磁力效应机理,搭建了基于直流磁化的矫顽力测量实验平台,对X60钢试件进行了单向拉伸实验,分别在沿着拉伸与垂直于拉伸方向测量了不同载荷作用下的矫顽力数值。结果显示:随着载荷增大,垂直于拉伸方向矫顽力值规律显著,线性度好,平行于拉伸方向矫顽力变化不显著。该结论表明用矫顽力法测量运行状态下的管道应力是有效的测量方法。The coercive force of ferromagnetic material changes regularly under the action of external force.Therefore,the measurement of internal stress can be realized by measuring the coercivity of material.The mechanism of magnetic effect is explained from the microscopic point of view,and the experimental platform of coercivity measurement based on DC magnetization is set up.The unidirectional tensile experiment of X60 steel specimens is carried out,and the coercivity values under different loads are measured along the tensile direction and perpendicular to the tensile direction respectively.The results show that with the increase of load,the law of coercivity which is perpendicular to the tensile direction is significant and the linearity is good,while the change of coercivity parallel to the tensile direction is not significant.The conclusion indicates that it is an effective measurement method to measure the stress of pipeline under operation state by the coercivity method.
