摘 要:加热炉是油气生产和输送过程中的主要耗能设备,常规加热炉排烟温度偏高导致热效率较低,不利于节能环保。冷凝式加热炉是将水的相变传热特性应用到烟气余热回收利用上,燃料燃烧后产生的高温过热水蒸气在烟气余热回收装置中凝结放出汽化潜热,使排烟温度降低到较低温度,充分回收烟气中的热能,提高加热炉热效率。冷凝式加热炉在结构上可以设计为一体式、分体式、整体橇装式三种形式。经过对不同材料在烟气冷凝液中的腐蚀对比试验,确定采用奥氏体不锈钢管来解决低温烟气导致的受热面腐蚀问题。通过现场应用测试,冷凝式加热炉大幅提高了加热炉热效率,投资回报率高,可实现烟气净化,保护环境,该产品具有很好的推广前景。The heating furnace is the main energy consuming equipment in oil and gas production and transportation.The high exhaust temperature of conventional heating furnace leads to low thermal efficiency,which is not conducive to energy saving and environmental protection.The condensing furnace applies the phase change heat transfer characteristic of water to the recovery and utilization of flue gas waste heat.The high temperature superheated steam produced by fuel burning condenses and produces latent heat of vaporization in the exhaust gas waste heat recovery device,which reduces the exhaust temperature to a lower temperature,fully recovers the heat energy in the flue gas and improves the thermal efficiency of heating furnace.The structure of condensing heating furnace can be designed in three forms,namely integral type,split type and integral skid-mounted type.Through the corrosion comparative test of different materials in flue gas condensate,it is determined to adopt austenitic stainless steel pipe to solve the corrosion problem of heating surface caused by low temperature flue gas.The field application test shows that the condensing furnace can greatly improve the heating efficiency of heating furnace,achieve gas purification and environmental protection with high return on investment.The product has a good prospect of promotion.
