摘  要:目前,我国中小学教师培训存在高校本位意识强、对基础教育系统考虑少、培训形式单一、教师积极性不高、培训效果有待提高等问题。作为基于问题的教学方式,案例教学将理论与实践结合,为解决中小学教师培训中存在的问题提供了有效路径。以教师实际教育教学中的问题为切入点创新运用案例教学,分析问题归因,探究问题解决策略,总结提炼,形成理性认识;不仅可以激发学习动机,还可以培养反思能力和创新能力,有助于促进培训质量提升和教师专业发展。At present,there are some problems in the training of primary and secondary school teachers in China,such as overemphasis on higher education,insufficient concern for fundamental education,monotonous training form,lack of enthusiasm for receiving training,and the mediocre training efficiency.As a question-based teaching approach,“case studies”combines theory with practice,which is an effective way to solve the problems in the training of primary and secondary school teachers.The innovative application of it takes the problems in actual teaching as the starting point,which analyzes the causes,explores the strategies,summarizes the problems,and reaches a rational understanding.It can not only stimulate the learning motivation,but also cultivate the ability of reflection and innovation,which is conducive to the improvement of training quality and career development of teachers.
