摘  要:针对3台480 t/h高压超高温锅炉后屏过热器壁温测点均出现报警问题,通过对运行后屏过热器各壁温DCS数值分析得出,后屏过热器发生超温问题的主要原因是各管受到的辐射热及所接触的烟气温度有差别,且不同规格管子内部工质流量分配存在差异。通过在后屏过热器局部管子入口段加装不同规格一体式节流圈,有效解决了管间温度偏差大的问题。For three 480t/h high-pressure and ultra-high temperature boilers,the wall temperature measurement points of the back platen superheater have alarm problems.Through the DCS numerical analysis of the wall temperature of the running back platen superheater,it is concluded that the main reason for the over temperature problem of the back platen superheater is the difference of the radiant heat received by each tube and the temperature of the flue gas contacted,and the difference of the flow distribution of the working medium inside the tubes of different specifications.The problem of large temperature deviation between tubes is effectively solved by adding integral throttle rings of different specifications at the local tube inlet section of rear platen superheater.
