摘  要:锅炉组合件的受力计算,特别是吊点部位的受力计算是火电施工单位经常要面对的问题,在以往的施工中,这类问题通常是根据起重作业人员的施工经验并结合材料力学公式计算解决,但这只能进行结构整体强度和刚度的计算,无法确定局部位置的受力状态(或计算非常复杂),这会造成两种情况:一是加固材料过于保守,浪费人力物力;二是整体强度足够,但局部失效,引发安全事故。本文结合实际应用的事例,对COSMOSWorks的使用方法做一介绍。The calculation of the force of the boiler assembly,especially the calculation of the force at the lifting point,is a problem often faced by thermal power construction units.In the past construction,such problems are usually based on the construction experience of the lifting workers.The material mechanics formula is calculated,but this can only be used to calculate the overall strength and stiffness of the structure.It is impossible to determine the stress state of the local position(or the calculation is very complicated).This will result in two situations.One is that the reinforcement material is too conservative and wastes manpower.Material strength,second,the overall strength is sufficient,but partial failure,causing a safety accident.This article combines the practical application examples to introduce the use of COSMOSWorks.
