摘 要:以包覆型羰基铁为微结构材质制备超材料薄膜,通过调整薄膜中吸波剂的含量实现超材料薄膜电磁参数的调控,借助CST仿真获得吸波结构件模型。随着包覆型吸波剂含量由10%增加至80%,超材料薄膜的介电损耗降低,磁损耗增加,从而导致阻抗匹配更理想,吸波峰强度增加,位置红移。包覆型吸波剂经耐盐雾测试后,电磁参数及吸波性能均无明显变化,表明吸波剂具有优良的耐腐蚀性能。超材料薄膜用于吸波结构件,吸波峰峰值增加,对宽带吸波体的设计具有重要意义。The electromagnetic parameters of metamaterial thin films with coated carbonyl iron as micro-structure material were adjusted by changing the content of absorbent and the model of absorbing structure was obtained by CST simulation.With increasing the content of the coated absor-bent from 10%to 80%,the dielectric loss of the metamaterial film decreased and the magnetic loss increased,which led to better impedance matching,higher absorption peak strength and redshift of the position.After salt spray test,both the electromagnetic parameters and microwave absorbing properties of the coated microwave absorber had no obvious changes,which indicated that the microwave absorber had excellent corrosion resistance.With metamaterial thin films as absorbing functional layer,the peak strength of absorbing wave increased,which was of great significance to the design of broadband absorbers.
