摘　　要：为了充分利用水能资源,提高机组运行可靠性,增加发电量、提高效益,针对葛洲坝电厂19号机组的改造增容,首先对其可行性进行了分析,然后对定子铁芯、定子线棒、转子磁极线圈等方面进行了技术改造。通过对安装质量和工艺水平的检验,各项技术指标均满足要求。In order to make full use of hydropower energy resources, improve the operation reliability and increase the power generation benefit, the No.19 generator unit in Gezhouba Hydropower Plant is renovated to expand its capacity. The feasibility of the capacity expansion is firstly analyzed. Then, technical renovation schemes are proposed and implemented on the stator core, stator bar and rotor pole coil. Inspection of the installation quality and the renovation technology shows that the technical requirements are all satisfied.
